This is why I love Costco!! These rolls of toilet paper and paper towels kept my kids entertained for hours. I painted my entire kitchen while these silly little kids made towers and "went bowling" with these "toys". Oh, if the inventors of these wonderful paper products only knew how far there items would go. Whatever your names are, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)

Oh ya! Camp Lomia Baby!!!

Oh yes! Camp Lomia once again!
This past week I had the wonderful opportunity to go to girl's camp at good old Camp Lomia. For some strange reason unknown to myself I was called to be the camp director for my ward. I wasn't too sure if they really knew what they were doing when they called me but, man, let me tell ya it was definitely in my top 5 best experiences in my life!!! We are part of such a great stake and were really blessed to have great leaders on a stake level. There main goals were to find a way to make sure the girls had a great, fun time but also to make sure they were able to feel the spirit. And feel the Spirit we did! They prepared the best classes for these girls from family and education to word of wisdom and language. There were so much more but I know that if I write about all of them I will be here for hours! The Spirit was so strong up there and I know had a lot to do with all of the hard work and prayers of all the leaders up there!

We have the best group of girls in our ward! I love them so much! Our theme this year was "The Amazing Race.....Decisions Determine Destiny". Each ward was to choose a country to represent and the girls were given passports so they could go and visit all the countries while at camp. We were given "Race" challenges everyday to complete. I'm tellin' ya, this camp experience was "AMAZING"!!!!!

Here are my wonderful girls!!

We did a dance of Spain for our skit. The girls danced the Flamenco while the matador and bull had it out for each other. They all did so good and I am so proud of all of them.

I don't know how this happened but some how my name ended up on the board to go on the most difficult hike with the 3rd year girls. Thanks for carrying me when I got tired girls :)

Isn't this so fitting?! (Notice the name on the sign)
Oh ya, did I forget to mention that on the last day after I had spent 2 hours packing my car to go home, my car WOULD NOT START!!!!!!! We seriously tried everything. Nothing worked so I hitched a ride with 2 sweet sisters who are now my new best friends :) and when I got home my wonderful and patient husband who had just spent 5 days with our kids had to turn around and drive up to Camp Lomia and tow it home! What a life, huh?!

I feel so blessed to be able to spend so much time with the youth in our ward. Times are so scary out in the world right now and yet these girls are so strong! Stronger than I ever was! I'm so fortunate to have their good examples in my life. Love you all!!!

Fun on the 4th

We had such a fun and relaxing 4th! Basically all we did was swim and eat. Oh and we did a little more swimming and eating! And a few fireworks may or may not have been set off in the backyard, I 'm not sure, but it was fun!

Brace yourself for this next picture! You could fall in love with this little one!

What a little poser! She begged and begged me to get my camera out and take a picture of her.

Jason, Dani, and Ellie choo-choo training it down the slide.

The Rhoner's came over for a swimming and eating too. It was so much fun to see all the cute Rhoner kids. Madi, Payton, and Riley were joint at the hip all night. ( Payton, I hope your front side recovers from all of the belly flops. :)

On Saturday, we went to a house warming party for our Uncle Kevin and Aunt Robin. We are so glad to have them here in Arizona. Oh, and Kevin, my girls are still waiting for their trip to Disneyland you promised them!)
We told our kids they couldn't go swimming so they decided to lounge by the pool instead.
I know the last picture was out of order but here are a couple more of the 4th.

Madi thinks going on the this mat makes the slide go a little bit slower so this is the only way she goes down now.

I think Kash forgot that he was already in the water! Silly little boy!!

Love You All

This post is extremely random but I just wanted to take a second and tell my kids and let you all know how much I love my sweet little kiddos!! Now don't get me wrong, they do absolutely drive me crazy but it's craziness in the best possible way!! There personalities are so incredibly different and yet so much fun in there own special way. Motherhood is something that has not come easy or naturally for me but I know for a fact that my angels were sent to me for a very specific reason. These kids are soooo great! Some days are better that others for me but I know that I really did get lucky and that I really don't have much to complain about! I love my family so much and I would never trade them for anything!!!! ( who knows.........with my luck I wouldn't get so lucky next time. Ha! :) ) And not only do I love my kids but I also love my hubby! Wow! I could not have a better mate in life, he is so good to me and so patient with me and my shopping habits! ( Jake, can I go shopping today and hit all the 4th of July sales? Ha! Ha!) Love you babe!

Here are just some random pics of my sweet babies!

Playing in the snow in PineTop.

Seriously, this picture is not posed! This is a typical Saturday morning in my household.

Madi before her surgery to get her tonsils and adnoids out. (what a brave little cuttie!)

This was Kash's first stay in the hospital. And let me say.... first of many!!!! Poor guy!

I know this picture is sideways ( i forgot to edit it before I posted. Sorry) My Dani is obsessed with helping in the kitchen. Do I have the next Paula Dean or what?!

AWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!

My madi is seriously riding her bike in her nightgown and cowgirl boots! WT and we love it!!!
